The procedure for considering applications from citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities

Appeals from citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities, received by the state institution "State pharmaceutical supervision in the field of drug circulation" Gosfarmnadzor ", are considered in accordance with:

• The Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011 No. 300-З "On Applications of Citizens and Legal Entities";
• Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated October 15, 2007 No. 498 "On additional measures to work with appeals of citizens and legal entities";
• Directive President of the Republic of Belarus from 27 December 2006
  No. 2 "On the de-bureaucratization of the state apparatus and improving the quality of life support for the population."
